Onze+ ("we", "us" or "our") provides an educational platform that helps children prepare for the 11+ examination. We offer the service to users in the United Kingdom only. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Onze+, you agree to the practices described here.
We process personal data in line with UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For the purposes of that law, Onze+ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Account information such as a name, email address and password when an account is created. Learning activity such as lessons started, answers given, progress and scores. Technical information such as device type, browser and approximate region, collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the service, personalise learning, track progress, respond to support requests, keep the platform secure, and communicate important updates. We do not sell personal information.
4. Children's Privacy
Onze+ is designed for children aged 8 to 11. Accounts for children are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for supervising their child's use of the service. We only collect the information needed to deliver the learning experience, and we ask parents to provide consent on behalf of their child where required by law. We design our service with children's needs in mind and have regard to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) Age Appropriate Design Code (the "Children's Code").
