These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Onze+ website and learning platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is offered to users in the United Kingdom only and is intended for children aged 8 to 11 used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree to use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods and renewal terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time through your account settings.

The Service, including its lessons, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by Onze+ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse-engineer it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet any particular learning outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onze+ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
